Scope
This notice covers schweinehautkoenig.de and contact enquiries. The website presents apps and announces food and merchandise projects. There is no on-site shop, user account or newsletter. Separate app notices are available under “App privacy & support”.
Hosting and access data
The host is STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Requests involve processing IP addresses, times, requested files, browser information and, where supplied, referring pages. This enables delivery, troubleshooting and protection against attacks. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in a secure website. Delivery is impossible without necessary connection data. STRATO states it keeps IP addresses for attack detection for at most seven days. Separate access logs, described by STRATO as anonymised, are available to customers for six weeks. We have not set up our own exports or additional analyses.
Data processing agreement
STRATO describes processing in its data processing agreement. According to the provider, this is automatically included for contracts concluded since 18 July 2022.
Contact and retention
The form processes your email and message and, optionally, your name. It does not accept attachments. Direct emails also involve any attachments you send and technical email data. Messages are sent through STRATO to schweinehautkoenig@icloud.com, without an additional permanent copy of the message on the webspace. Providing details is voluntary; without a reachable reply address, a response may be impossible. Send only necessary information. General enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in responding); requested contractual or pre-contractual support relies on Article 6(1)(b). Completed enquiries are deleted once no longer needed. Statutory retention duties or necessary legal claims may require longer retention of the relevant data.
iCloud Mail and transfers
For users in Germany, Apple names Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland as provider. Apple and service providers may process email data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Apple’s privacy policy explains international transfers, Standard Contractual Clauses and how to request a copy of those clauses.
Essential session cookie
General pages set no cookies through their code. Loading the contact form sets “imperium_contact” to identify the session and protect against cross-site submissions. This is a session cookie; browser session restoration may extend its lifetime. The form token is valid for at most 30 minutes. The session stores no names, email addresses or messages. Server session cleanup depends on hosting configuration. The cookie is necessary for the requested contact function (section 25(2)(2) of the German TDDDG).
Spam prevention
An identifier derived from the IP address using a secret key serves as a pseudonymous attempt counter. The identifier, count and expiry time are stored; at most five valid sending attempts per hour are allowed. Expired counters are removed on the next valid submission and may remain until then. The purpose is abuse prevention, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Languages, media and external links
Language selection uses the page address, without cookies or local storage. The website has no advertising or analytics trackers and performs no automated decision-making or profiling. Images load from our own webspace and fonts come from your device. No external videos, maps, social plugins or fonts are embedded. App stores, licence sources and a future fan shop are linked only. A connection to the destination occurs only when you open a link; that provider’s privacy notice applies there.
Your privacy rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact the address above. We cannot read data held solely on your device or in your private iCloud storage on your behalf. You may complain to a supervisory authority, for example where you live or in Hesse, Germany.
