Data on your device
Your save, production, research, progress and language are stored locally. The app retains up to three local backups for iCloud conflicts. It also stores technical versions, timestamps, a device-save identifier (Apple’s Identifier for Vendor or a generated identifier) and a local iCloud account-change marker. The device identifier is used to distinguish saves, not for advertising.
iCloud and Apple services
When an iCloud account is available, the iOS app synchronises the save, including its device identifier, versions and timestamps, through Apple’s key-value storage. Sync starts automatically. An account change pauses it until confirmed. Conflicting saves may be offered for you to choose. There is currently no general in-app sync-off switch; availability is controlled through your device’s iCloud settings. Without available iCloud, progress stays local. An export you initiate can share a JSON save file with a destination or recipient you choose.
For users in Germany, the iCloud provider is Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Apple may use service providers and processing locations outside the EEA, including the USA. Apple’s privacy information explains international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses, and how to request further details. The developer cannot retrieve your private iCloud save through a server of their own.
Retention, resetting and deletion
Saves remain until overwritten or deleted; newer backups replace the three local conflict backups. Restarting the game does not completely delete all iCloud copies or exports. Delete the app, rather than offloading it, to remove local app data. Manage iCloud data, device backups and exported files separately in Apple settings or their storage locations. If sync remains active, another saved version may return. The developer cannot delete these data remotely.
Accounts, advertising and permissions
The app requires no separate account and contains no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or integrated analytics or tracking services. It does not request location, camera, microphone or contact data. The developer does not operate a server to receive your game or learning data. The developer performs no automated decision-making or profiling.
Purposes and legal bases
Local preferences and progress enable you to use the app and continue where you left off. To the extent personal data is processed under our responsibility, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the usage contract). This also applies to requested contractual support. General enquiries and abuse prevention rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the interest in helpful, secure communication. Any separately given consent can be withdrawn for the future.
App Store & Privacy
Apple processes data when you download apps and use its services under its own terms. Depending on your Apple settings, Apple may make aggregated usage statistics or diagnostic reports available to the developer. The app does not integrate its own analytics SDK for this. The developer does not receive your payment details from the purchase.

When you contact us, we process your message and reply address. The form sends messages through STRATO to iCloud Mail. Completed enquiries are deleted once no longer needed; statutory retention duties or the protection of legal claims may require longer retention. Your privacy rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact the address above. We cannot read data held solely on your device or in your private iCloud storage on your behalf. You may complain to a supervisory authority, for example where you live or in Hesse, Germany.

Licence, purchase and availability
For apps obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless a different licence is specified in the App Store for that app and region. See the relevant store listing for price, availability, compatibility and age rating. Apps are not sold on this website. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
