Data on your device
Unlocked levels, crowns, viewed story chapters and campaign progress are stored on your device. Language, music, sound effects, haptics, play mode and button size are also stored locally.
iCloud and Apple services
When iCloud is available on your device and “iCloud save” is enabled in the app, progress and technical merge information are synchronised between your devices through Apple’s iCloud key-value storage. The switch is on by default on first use. Audio and control preferences remain local. You can disable the switch in the app settings and continue playing locally.
For users in Germany, the iCloud provider is Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Apple may use service providers and processing locations outside the EEA, including the USA. Apple’s privacy information explains international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses, and how to request further details. The developer cannot retrieve your private iCloud save through a server of their own.
Retention, resetting and deletion
Data remains while you use it for the game. “Reset progress” in settings resets progress, including on your other devices when iCloud sync is active. A technical reset marker remains to prevent old progress from returning. Disabling sync does not erase data already in iCloud. To remove local preferences, delete the app rather than offloading it. Manage iCloud data and device backups separately in Apple settings; restoring a backup may restore saved data. The developer cannot access these backups.
Accounts, advertising and permissions
The app requires no separate account and contains no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or integrated analytics or tracking services. It does not request location, camera, microphone or contact data. The developer does not operate a server to receive your game or learning data. The developer performs no automated decision-making or profiling.
Purposes and legal bases
Local preferences and progress enable you to use the app and continue where you left off. To the extent personal data is processed under our responsibility, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the usage contract). This also applies to requested contractual support. General enquiries and abuse prevention rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the interest in helpful, secure communication. Any separately given consent can be withdrawn for the future.
App Store & Privacy
Apple processes data when you download apps and use its services under its own terms. Depending on your Apple settings, Apple may make aggregated usage statistics or diagnostic reports available to the developer. The app does not integrate its own analytics SDK for this. The developer does not receive your payment details from the purchase.

When you contact us, we process your message and reply address. The form sends messages through STRATO to iCloud Mail. Completed enquiries are deleted once no longer needed; statutory retention duties or the protection of legal claims may require longer retention. Your privacy rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact the address above. We cannot read data held solely on your device or in your private iCloud storage on your behalf. You may complain to a supervisory authority, for example where you live or in Hesse, Germany.

Licence, purchase and availability
For apps obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies unless a different licence is specified in the App Store for that app and region. See the relevant store listing for price, availability, compatibility and age rating. Apps are not sold on this website. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
